04Before a paid partnership
Before either party commits, the written agreement must identify the contracting parties, authorised use, supported scope, charges, payment arrangements, support responsibilities and the applicable cancellation or refund rules. Ask us to clarify any point before accepting it.
Product availability, markets, account capabilities, technical documentation, limits and service commitments must be confirmed for that agreement. Examples and planning guides on this website are not a quotation, live inventory or account-specific technical specification.
No blanket “no refunds” rule is created by these website terms. Any agreed service terms must be supplied before a paid commitment, and cannot remove rights that applicable law makes non-excludable. If a separate agreement conflicts with these website terms about the contracted service, that agreement governs the service, subject to mandatory law.
05Using and sharing website material
You may browse, link to any public page, and print or save material for personal use or internal business evaluation. You may share short attributed extracts with colleagues or advisers, provided you keep relevant qualifications and copyright notices and do not misrepresent the source.
Website content, branding and third-party marks remain subject to their owners’ rights. These terms do not grant a licence to resell our content, impersonate APISMA, claim an endorsement or use another organisation’s marks without permission.
Do not disrupt the website, submit malicious material, attempt unauthorised access or misuse the request form. Responsible reporting of a problem is welcome through the security contact guidance.
06Your information stays yours
Sending a request does not transfer ownership of your business materials to APISMA. We use the information to assess and respond to the request and for the related purposes in our Privacy Notice, not as permission to publish your proposal or use your name as a customer endorsement.
The public form is not a confidential document exchange. If a discussion needs confidential material, agree a suitable channel and any confidentiality terms with us first.
